We have updated our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service to reflect the exciting news that Grammarly Inc., Coda Project, LLC, and Superhuman Labs LLC are now subsidiaries of Superhuman Platform Inc. (collectively, "Superhuman").

We posted these updates on www.superhuman.com. By continuing to use our services, you understand that the updated Privacy Policy applies to you as of October 29, 2025. Please review these updates carefully.

As we expand our platform of apps and agents, your privacy and security remain a top priority. Our updated Privacy Policy reflects our evolution into an AI productivity suite as we work to deliver accurate and personalized experiences across our products, while maintaining our commitment to user trust and data privacy.

We've consolidated and simplified our Privacy Policy to cover all Superhuman companies and products. Here are some key changes:

  • New controller and updated contact information: The data controller responsible for your information is now Superhuman Platform Inc. For questions or to exercise your privacy rights, you can contact us at privacy@superhuman.com.
  • Updates to reflect our expanded suite of products: The updated Privacy Policy covers how we handle and protect data across Superhuman, including how we and third parties may process personal data if you choose to enable third-party apps through our online marketplace.

We updated our Terms of Service to address a wider range of activities on our platform and to give you more options if your school or employer becomes a Superhuman customer or if a dispute arises between us. Some key changes to the Terms of Service include:

  • Simpler, faster dispute resolution: We introduced an informal dispute resolution process and batch arbitration to make resolving disputes easier. We also switched our arbitration provider to NAM and set the default location for arbitration hearings to your home county for easier access.
  • Options if your school or employer is a Superhuman customer: If your school or employer becomes a Superhuman customer, and you've signed up with an email under their domain, we'll do our best to keep you informed and offer you a chance to create a separate account with your personal email.
  • New terms for third-party apps and agents: We've included terms from Superhuman's new Agent Marketplace to govern your use of third-party apps and agents on our platform. While you're not obligated to use them, exploring these third-party services can open up a whole range of new and useful features for you to enjoy.

The Terms of Service updates will take effect on November 28, 2025. By continuing to use our services after this date, you are agreeing to the updated Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to the updated Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, you must stop using our services. You may then request that we close your account by contacting our Support team. In that case, you will still be bound by the previous Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for your use before today's date.

Your trust is at the heart of everything we do at Superhuman. If you have questions about this update, contact our Support team.
